Enterprise Service Terms
This document establishes the operational parameters, authorization boundaries, and contractual responsibilities for connecting AI coding assistants to the falheim autonomous testing platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, connecting an AI coding assistant (including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Google Antigravity) to, or utilizing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoints provided by falheim (operating under Falheim Testing Systems, hereinafter referred to as "falheim", "we", "our", or "the Service"), you ("Customer", "User", or "Developer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the requisite legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Target Authorization & Permitted Testing Boundaries
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: EXPLICIT AUTHORIZATION ONLY
You strictly represent and warrant that you own, operate, or possess explicit written authorization to perform automated software testing, browser traversal, API fuzzing, and stress analysis against any target URLs, IP addresses, domains, or web services submitted to falheim.
Under no circumstances may falheim be directed toward:
- Websites, APIs, or infrastructure owned by third parties without their express verifiable permission;
- Governmental, healthcare, critical public infrastructure, or banking institutions;
- Third-party production environments or software not enrolled in an authorized security engagement;
- Systems where automated synthetic requests could trigger Denial of Service (DoS) or unexpected financial billing liabilities.
Violation of this provision constitutes an immediate breach and will result in unconditional account termination, credential revocation, and potential reporting to relevant network authorities.
3. Account Credentials & MCP Token Security
Access to falheim's hosted MCP server requires an authentic API credential (scoped token). You are solely responsible for safeguarding all API tokens issued to your account.
- Do not commit plaintext API tokens to public version control repositories;
- Ensure AI assistants configure tokens securely via local environment variables or standard MCP client configuration files;
- Notify falheim immediately at medisummarize@gmail.com upon discovering any unauthorized token compromise;
- You may revoke active tokens at any time via the
/connectonboarding interface.
4. Service Architecture & Data Handling
falheim operates as a hosted autonomous testing infrastructure. When your AI assistant initiates a test run:
Ephemeral Execution
Headless browser sandboxes and worker containers are spun up dynamically to execute synthetic user flows and are purged upon execution completion.
Finding Reports & Logs
Defect titles, reproduction steps, HTTP status codes, and assertion traces are returned directly to your AI assistant over the Model Context Protocol.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your testing data, source code snippets, or reproduction reports. Customer-generated findings remain the intellectual property of the Customer.
5. Service Availability, Limits & Fair Use
falheim is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high uptime and low latency across our MCP endpoints, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- Fair-Use Concurrency: To prevent infrastructure abuse, accounts are subject to rate limiting and concurrency quotas based on their active subscription tier.
- Target Throttling: We reserve the right to throttle or suspend test execution jobs that generate abusive packet volumes or impact upstream network stability.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
FALHEIM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FALHEIM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL IDENTIFY EVERY VULNERABILITY, BUG, OR PERFORMANCE ANOMALY IN YOUR APPLICATION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FALHEIM OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., State of Delaware, United States], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in [County / Jurisdiction].
